NAUI Advanced Rescue Diver

Important: An Advanced Diver Certification, Current BLS or FA/CPR Certification and Current Emergency Oxygen Provider Certification are all required to complete the Advanced Diver Course. If you are not an Advanced Diver, you may still take the Rescue Diver Course though a Current Certification in BLS or FA/CPR is required. Underwater World doffers a combination BLS and EO2 course that meets the prerequisites for both Rescue and Advanced Rescue at a discount.If you need both First Aid Certs, please register for the Combination BLS & EO2 Provider Course.

All Underwater World Rescue Courses are taught to the Advanced Rescue Standard, the only difference is the prerequisites for the training. If you are NOT an Advanced Diver or do not intent to have a current EO2 provider Certification, please sign up for the Rescue Diver Course Here

Once you are 15 years of age and a certified scuba diver, you can expand your diving knowledge with a NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver or NAUI Advanced Rescue Scuba Diver course. Learn how to manage risks and effectively handle limited in-water problems and diving emergencies, how to assist and transport divers, and how to perform surface rescues and rescues from depth involving both boat and shore based skin and scuba divers.

Get Started

The NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver is for certified divers who desire additional training or orientation to a variety of diving sites and conditions. Divers must be a minimum of 15 years of age to enroll in a NAUI Rescue Scuba Diver course or 17 years of age to enroll in the NAUI Advanced Rescue Scuba Diver course. All participants must be in good health and be previously certified as a NAUI Scuba Diver or equivalent.
