UNIVERSAL REFERRAL PACKET

With the coordination of your Underwater World Instructor, you will be issued a Universal Referral Packet both digitally and in hard copy form to bring with you on your dive trip. Though you should make prior arrangements with the dive shop you are diving with, this form will show them that you are ready to do open water certification dives and they should, with their instructors, complete those for you while on vacation. Once the sign the form and you bring it back to us, either in hard copy or digital form, we will complete your certification process and issue your new Certification to you!
