THE ADVENTURE
A little further from the everyday.
Join Ada and Jeff for another diving adventure to two of the Pacific's most celebrated underwater destinations: Anilao, Philippines and Yap, Micronesia. This trip combines the world-class macro diving of Anilao with the remote, uncrowded waters of Yap, famous for manta rays, sharks, healthy coral reefs, and one of the most unique island cultures in the Pacific. Few dive trips offer this kind of contrast: nudibranchs, frogfish, pygmy seahorses, ghost pipefish, flamboyant cuttlefish, blackwater diving, manta cleaning stations, shark encounters, mandarin fish, and spectacular coral reefs—all in one itinerary.

A CLOSER LOOK
Your journey, in good company.
7 Nights Anilao + 7 Nights Yap. Here’s how the trip comes together.
THE EXPERIENCE
Diving Anilao, Philippines
Anilao & Yap
Located just three hours south of Manila, Anilao sits at the heart of the Coral Triangle, the epicenter of marine biodiversity. Anilao has earned an international reputation as the “Nudibranch Capital of the World” and is considered one of the finest macro photography destinations anywhere. Divers can explore colorful coral gardens, critter-rich muck diving, and the fascinating world of blackwater diving. Blackwater diving is nighttime diving in open water where divers may encounter small jellyfish, comb jellies, larval fish, larval gastropods, and other translucent developing creatures that can look like they came from another world.
THE EXPERIENCE
Aiyanar Beach & Dive Resort
Anilao & Yap
In Anilao, we will stay at Aiyanar Beach and Dive Resort, a diver-focused resort known for excellent dive guides, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to Anilao's best dive sites. The Anilao portion of the trip includes seven nights at Aiyanar, late checkout on the final day, three meals daily, and six days of 2-tank boat diving.
THE EXPERIENCE
Diving Yap, Micronesia
Anilao & Yap
After the Philippines and a connection through Guam, we will continue to the remote island of Yap, Micronesia. Yap receives only about 1,000 visiting divers each year and is known for resident manta rays, healthy shark populations, expansive hard coral reefs, mandarin fish, and uncrowded diving. The island has also preserved many traditional customs, including the famous stone money that made Yap legendary throughout the Pacific.
THE EXPERIENCE
Manta Ray Bay Resort & Yap Divers
Anilao & Yap
In Yap, we will stay at Manta Ray Bay Resort & Yap Divers, founded by Bill Acker, whose passion for Yap helped create one of the world's most remote and unique dive resorts. The Yap portion includes seven nights at Manta Ray Bay, late checkout on the final day, breakfast daily, lunch on dive days, and five days of 3-tank diving with free Nitrox.
Dive sites and daily schedules depend on local conditions and the dive operator.
